Eric W. Brehm

Eric W. Brehm, Attorney-At-Law

Eric Brehm is a former United States Marine, and he attended the Ohio State University where he majored in Journalism. He received his law degree from Capital University Law School, and has been practicing law for 20 years. 

Eric spent four years working at the Franklin County Public Defender’s Office as a staff attorney. He then worked as a special prosecutor and practiced criminal defense in the local United States District Court, where he primarily represented drug trafficking offenders. Eric runs his own law firm, Brehm Law LLC. He began working for Lehner Law LLC in 2020. 

Eric is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the Columbus Bar Association and the Licking County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all Ohio Courts, as well as the ​United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio​.
